What are your tutoring rates?
When you make the decision to have your child tutored you are making a decision to financially invest in their both short and long-term academic success. As a parent, you may have done a lot of research before selecting a tutor and undoubtedly, price is a factor in your ultimate decision. Pink Chair Private Tutoring strives to offer a rate to our clients that is representative of the value of our service to your child and family. At this time, our rates start at $45 per hour, per child.
What kinds of scheduling options do you have?
Because the majority of our clients work with us for at least a semester at a time, we generally create our tutoring schedules three times a year (during the Fall semester, Spring semester and Summer). Depending on your family’s needs and the availability of your child’s tutor, we will work with you to select a day and time that is suitable for your family’s needs.

Do you have tutoring polices? Absolutely! The Pink Chair Private Tutoring Polices must be read and agreed to prior to beginning sessions and can be found here.

What subjects do you tutor?
Pink Chair Private Tutoring currently specializes in phonics, reading comprehension and writing for grades K-12. We also offer math for grades K-6.
Where will we meet? ( COVID-19 UPDATE)
At this time, all of our sessions are being conducted online due to COVID-19. Typically, however, we do offer in-home services. This means you don’t have to worry with traffic or traveling to a tutoring center. We will come to your home and tutor your child in surroundings that are comfortable and familiar to them. In addition, we will also tutor your child in a library or similar venue if desired.
